How to Book

If you are unable to attend an appointment, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time; in this instance your appointment may be rearranged, or you may request a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in loss of your payment, unless the cancellation is related to exceptional circumstances. This is made on a case-by-case basis as I may not be able to accommodate repeat rearrangements or cancellations. 

Note this policy is in place to ensure the safety and fair treatment of both clients and practitioner alike, as well as the efficient operation of the service. I’ll be more than happy to rearrange your visit to a date and time that is more convenient for you, and if you notify me in plenty of time, your cancelled appointment can be offered to another client.
